Immediately After Treatment
- Mild redness, swelling, and small bumps at the injection sites are normal and usually settle within a few hours
- Minor bruising or tenderness may occur
- A mild headache may develop in some cases
For the First 4 Hours
- Remain upright (do not lie down)
- Avoid bending forward excessively
- Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated area
For the First 24 Hours
- Avoid strenuous exercise
- Avoid alcohol to reduce the risk of bruising
- Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot baths, and excessive heat
- Avoid facials, massages, or pressure to the treated area
- Do not apply makeup if possible (or apply very gently if necessary)
For the First 48 Hours
- Avoid sleeping on your face
- Avoid activities that may increase blood flow to the face excessively
General Advice
- Results typically begin to appear within 3–5 days
- Full effect is usually visible within 10–14 days
- Avoid manipulating the treated area, as this may affect the outcome
- Mild asymmetry during the settling period can occur
Important Information
- Effects are temporary and typically last around 2–3 months

- High physical activity
- Fast metabolism
- Stimulants (caffeine, nicotine)
- Certain medications (incl. antidepressants)
- Stress and overall health
When to Contact Your Practitioner
Please contact your practitioner if you experience any of the following:
- Increasing or severe pain
- Significant swelling or redness
- Signs of infection (heat, redness, pus)
- Drooping of eyelid or eyebrow
- Difficulty swallowing or speaking (very rare)
